About You
You’re naturally curious and full of empathy—you can step into our users’ shoes and dream up creative solutions that make their lives easier. You’ve got the design skills to back it up and know how to turn ideas into even better designs. Collaboration is your jam, and you’ll be best buds with the tech team in no time 🤝. You’re flexible, ready to roll with whatever comes your way, and maybe even try out our treadmill desk (if that’s your thing!🏃‍♀️) . Communication is your superpower—you can speak both “user” and “developer” fluently and bridge the gap between them with ease. You love diving into data, user insights, and testing, but don’t worry—we won’t keep you glued to user testing all day!

And hey, if you’ve got a good (or groan-worthy) G-rated joke, throw it in your application for some extra brownie points! 😄

What You Bring:

• A diploma or degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or something similar.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, ideally in an Agile environment focused on SaaS products.
• A strong passion for User-Centric Design, Usability, and Accessibility—you’re all about understanding user needs and business goals.
• Solid knowledge of Material Design guidelines (you can apply them thoughtfully like a pro).
• Experience working with Single Page Applications and understanding the ins and outs of the Angular Material Framework.
• You’re a Figma whiz and love using Design Systems, auto-layouts, Variables, and Design Tokens.
• You know your way around design methodologies, research, data analysis, prototyping, and user testing.
• Great at working with developers, finding compromises, and making sure your UI mockups are on point.
• Strong communication skills (you can talk design with just about anyone, from marketing to customer support).
• Bonus points if you know a thing or two about marketing, business analytics, or basic HTML/CSS.

What You’ll Do:

• Dive deep into research to understand both user needs and business goals (and have fun doing it).
• Work with the team to solve design challenges and come up with creative, user-friendly ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other teams to validate concepts and make sure we’re all on the same page.
• Create wireframes and flowcharts to map out user flows for desktop and mobile.
• Design both low-fi and high-fi prototypes and test them with real users (and get feedback to keep improving).
• Test for usability and accessibility—because we care about making things work for everyone.
• Make sure your prototypes fit within our tech stack and follow our branding and internationalization standards.
• Finalize high-fidelity mockups and organize them into clear user flows with all the details devs need to bring them to life.
• Keep everything documented so developers can run with it.
• Be an active part of design reviews and discussions—your input matters here!

Larry, our Senior Product Designer, isn’t just a design pro—he’s a full-on music lover who enjoys singing and jamming out on the guitar and ukulele 🎶. He brings a creative, musical vibe to our product team that keeps the ideas flowing! With deep expertise in visual arts, Larry shares his insights to take our design process to the next level and inspire fresh, innovative ideas. When he’s not crafting amazing user experiences, you’ll find him dominating in Mobile Legends as a strategic roamer, leading his teams to victory—just like he does with our design team! Feel free to ask him about his latest gaming achievements or what music he’s currently vibing to 🎸.

Wedad, our other Product Designer, has an impeccable eye for detail, always bringing fresh perspectives to our designs. Her sweet, calm nature adds a little extra peace to the office vibe. A passionate cook 👩‍🍳, she couldn’t even choose one food she’d eat for the rest of her life—there’s just too much good stuff! She’s also an avid traveller ✈️, with a few more destinations to check off her list, but you definitely need to ask her about her amazing trip to Tanzania! 🐘
